This grade of bitumen is normally used in the manufacturing of hot mix asphalt for pavement bases and wearing courses. Bitumen 120/150 is one of the other most used bitumen grades.

Penetration bitumen grade 120/150 is produce by process of vacuum Bottom (VB) and air in the reactor. And due to the control of the process conditions, we reaching to pure quality of penetration grade bitumen 120/150 which has a penetration 120 to 150. The penetration grade bitumen 120/150 has a thermoplastic property which causes the material to soften at high temperatures and to harden at lower temperatures.
